Welcome! Soul Nourishing helps you nourish your heart, mind, body and soul with a variety of healing choices that will empower you! As Your Soul Coach, I have an intuitive heart and an analytical mind. I will work with you on the areas you have recognized that You want to work on at this time in your life. We will walk along that path together. I am your Guide. It’s great to have some clarity at first to know what would you like to work on. We start there.
I studied pre-med in undergrad, received my bachelors of science in Microbiology along with additional Chemistry courses. I have a masters in science in Environmental Engineering Science with an emphasis in Toxicology because I was interested in how science and industry blended together for hazardous waste remediation purposes. I literally have focused on helping others to clean up our wonderful planet for 20 years. I have worked as a consultant since 1995 in Corporate America, coached and trained Fortune 100 and Federal Government clients and team members to use risk and data systems and procedures, and a variety of standard & customized tools. The years of training as a consultant included negotiations, health and safety, reporting, communication, leadership, finance, marketing, etc. Following these best practices and combining it with a positive attitude, good communication skills and the motivation to succeed has allowed me to be a top performer in my career and achieve the satisfaction and support of my peers and clients. Applying this level of awareness and interest in personal development has allowed me to improve my relationships, personal power and choices, and develop new career opportunities. When circumstances changed and my environmental career went part-time, I began investing my passion and mission as a coach to help others find their personal power too.
I am the CEO and Founder of Soul Nourishing, LLC and a Soul Coach that will help you resolve inner conflict, identify your resources, options and skills, remove toxic patterns, and change limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you. I am a motivational speaker and teller of healing, empowering stories. I also bring groups together periodically for different fun and goal-filled adventures too! I received my NLP Practitioner certification from Tom Best with Best Resources/Texas Institute of NLP; my Grief Recovery Specialist certification from the Grief Recovery Institute; and my Theta Healing certification from the Theta Healing Institute of Knowledge. I have studied Stalking and the Enemy Way with Hal Robinson of The Dancing Bear Teaching Lodge in Kerrville, Texas. I have studied Clean Language and Symbollic Modeling with James Lawley and Penny Tompkins, of the UK. I am currently working on my Master level certification for NLP Practitioner in 2013.
This unique combination of techniques and modalities allows me a wide range of options from with which to assist you, from simple question structures that help you to identify core beliefs, improve communication, identify your goals, recover and move on from grief, help you to deal with trauma and remove triggers, shadow work, energy healing, explore hypnosis…. And so much more! I am very excited to be able to share all of this with you! I help individuals on a personal or professional basis in the San Antonio, Austin & the surrounding Hill Country areas of south central Texas. I also work over the phone or Skype if needed.
I am a council member/Treasurer at Celebration Circle, a member of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce, a Natural Awakening Network (NAN) member, and a member of San Antonio Ladies Empowerment Group (SALEG.). It’s my mission to empower others to make better choices for themselves during and after loss, and in doing so, we lower the occurrence of suicide, addiction, and domestic/ sexual violence. My family has seen enough of this and this is my gift to others. I have had a lifetime of opportunities, losses, challenges and successes to realize that some of the best plans don’t happen and I should not get too attached to the outcomes. I am in a very good place right now, enjoying today and grateful for those moments that do work out. I do reflect on the past, but only to see the lesson, not with regrets. I do look to the future to plan for a bright tomorrow full of joy and service. I make the most of NOW, being authentic, balancing career and fun, family and friends, service and hobbies.
